2. Service scope
Polynara provides desktop Studio, Android Lite and shared account/subscription services. Product pages describe features, requirements, preview status and download availability. The apps have different engines and limits. A subscription does not automatically include API/cloud services that have not been provided.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate details, protect your credentials and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Do not access another account, tamper with transactions, bypass security limits or use the service unlawfully. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
4. Content rights
You are responsible for rights to videos, audio, images, fonts, translations and voice samples used in the apps. Discovering or downloading a source does not grant reuse or republication rights. Use voice samples only with appropriate rights and permission; do not impersonate others or infringe their rights. Processing content with Polynara does not transfer ownership of that content to Polynara.
5. AI results and external services
OCR, recognition, translation, synthetic speech and background repair may contain errors. Review output before publication or important use. Models, libraries, content platforms and external services have separate terms/licenses, and availability may change.
6. Paid plans and service changes
Price, billing interval and tool access are shown when confirming a purchase. Read the billing policy for prepaid balances, renewals and refund requests. Changes affecting purchased services must respect the transaction agreement and mandatory rights under applicable rules.
7. Misuse and disputes
Accounts involved in violations or system risk may be restricted for verification. Send concerns by email with a description and any transaction reference; Polynara will investigate and discuss a resolution. These terms do not exclude complaint rights, assistance from competent authorities or mandatory consumer rights.
